A layered vector .ai or .pdf exported at 300dpi is our favorite. Don’t know what that means? No worries – send us what you have, or even better – put us in contact with your designer! For the most part, we can make a lower quality graphic work, but that will incur additional fees. 

There is no discount for reorders and that’s because we do not charge screen or setup fees, giving you the lowest cost possible on each order.

There is no additional charge for any custom colors! Providing us with a Pantone is the best way to ensure an accurate color but please keep in mind that different monitor and screen settings may results in slightly different colors.

There’s so much inspiration to be found online! We love that, but we will never print a design from another artist without their permission. We encourage you to support any artist you love and purchase the graphic for use, if applicable. We are also more than happy to work with you to create a new design inspired by something you love.

There’re thousands of options, but that can be overwhelming. We can give you suggestions regarding our favorites, but if you’d like to see an entire catalog of what our suppliers offer please let us know!

That is so variable. Starting at about $3 each, prices go up depending on quality, materials, and supplier price fluctuations.

Our best response to this is to know your audience – but in general, order more large sizes than you’d think.

There are certain fabrics and textiles, but we’ve seen a boat hatch get printed. Come in and talk to us, we may have a solution!

Yes, though it’s not as recommended. By providing your own garments for printing, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in the screen-printing process. While we take every precaution to ensure quality results, misprints and other unforeseen issues can occur. Customer-supplied items are provided at the customer’s own risk, and Mountain Witch will not be responsible for replacing or reimbursing any misprinted, damaged, or otherwise compromised items. We recommend supplying extras when possible, to mitigate potential loss.

You sure can! What matters to us is the prints, so feel free to mix and match your apparel colors.

We are equipped to print 6 colors, but please keep in mind that some designs require a base – reducing your colors to 5. However, we can use gradients for shading and can print multiple colors on one screen for a blended ombre effect.

Every order requires test shirts. If the test shirts are perfect the first time we will either keep the item for our portfolio or give it to you. Enjoy your bonus gift!

It’s possible! Generally, our turnaround time is 2 weeks from when we receive the apparel for our suppliers, but we can prioritize your order for an additional rush fee.

While we do not currently have a minimum order, we do recommend at least 12 shirts to keep your costs low. We do not print samples for most orders, however if you have a larger or special order, feel free to reach out and we can work something out. We are also able to order blank samples for just the cost of the item if you’d like to see/feel the item first. Shipping fees may apply.
